Shipping:

  • We partner with reputed third-party courier services to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your orders.
  • As soon as your order is processed, we will share the tracking details via email so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.
  • To keep you informed, we highly recommend providing your email address during checkout. This ensures you receive timely updates and tracking information for your shipment.

 

Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • We offer COD across India. To place an order using COD, please reach out to us at +91 9779750538.
  • A small confirmation advance will be required to secure your COD order.
  • Once the confirmation advance is received, we will process your order and share tracking details via email.
  • The balance payment will be collected by the courier company when your order is delivered to your doorstep.
  • In case the customer cancels the COD order, the confirmation advance shall be forfeited. 

 

Exchange Policy:

  • At Zevpoint, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your product, we offer a hassle-free exchange process.
  • Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories.
  • To initiate an exchange, contact our support team at support@zevpoint.com or call +91 9779750538 with your order details. We will guide you through the process and arrange for the return of your product.
  • For exchanges, the shipping costs will be covered by us if the product is damaged or defective. For all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
